How accurate is the chatbot's knowledge?
Within its trained knowledge base, very high — typically 90–95% accuracy for well-documented topics. We use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to ground answers in your actual content, which prevents hallucination. For topics outside the knowledge base, it says it doesn't know and escalates.
What happens when the chatbot can't answer?
It gracefully acknowledges the limit, offers alternatives (like a callback or email), and optionally escalates to a live agent. We design these fallback flows carefully — a good fallback is as important as a good answer.
Can I update the knowledge base after launch?
Yes — you get access to a content management interface to add, edit, or remove knowledge. Or you can send us updates and we'll handle it. Changes propagate to the live bot within hours.
